The Early Bird Participation fee for the Summer School is €100.00 (net) - until June 26th, 2026.
The regular Participation fee for the Summer School is €150.00 (net) - after June 26th, 2026.

Applications will be considered until all spots are filled.

The fee covers accommodation, breakfast, coffe breaks, lunch and two dinners. Travel costs are not included and can not be reimbursed.

Data Protection

Applicants provide personal data for the selection and administration. These data are collected, stored, processed, and passed on to cooperation partners of the WCGE only for this purpose.
Applications are saved up to three years.
Data which are no longer required are deleted.
Apart from that, the legal data protection regulations apply.
