The Early Bird Participation fee for the Winter School is €100.00 (net). (Until August 15th)
The regular Participation fee for the Winter School is €150.00 (net). (After August 15th)

Applying by the deadline is sufficient to qualify for the Early Bird Fee. Please be aware that applications are viewed on a rolling basis.

Applications after the Early Bird Deadline will be considered until all spots are filled.

The fee covers accommodation, breakfast, lunch and two dinners. Travel costs are not included and can not be reimbursed.

Applicants provide personal data for the selection and administration. These data are collected, stored, processed, and passed on to cooperation partners of the WCGE only for this purpose.
Applications are saved up to three years.
Data which are no longer required are deleted.
Apart from that, the legal data protection regulations apply.
